Auction Terms:
All Items sell "As Is Where Is, no warranty guaranteed or implied". Howco Auction Company Inc. will describe to the best of our ability the condition of all items. In person inspection is recommended to ensure that you as a bidder are aware of each items condition. We do not warrant or guarantee any item and we are relaying information and opinions of what we see or what the seller has relayed to Howco Auction Company Inc.
Bidder Registration:
By Registering for this Auction, Bidder agrees to all of the following terms:
All Registration will be verified using a Credit Card
$50 Credit Card hold will be placed on your Credit Card when you register. This hold should be released back within 72 hours of registration
Forms of Payment:
Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Cash, or good check
Credit Card Purchases will have an additional 4% convenience fee added.
All purchases will be paid in full before any items can be removed by the "buyer"
Items not paid for by buyers by the close of the next business day following an auction agree to have full invoice charged to their Credit Card
Buyer's Premium:
There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium on all lots.
Sales Tax:
All items will be charged VA sales tax 5.3%, except titled vehicles. All Farm Exempt item buyers will have to provide a Sales Tax Exemption form
Titled vehicles:
Any titled vehicles paid for with check will have a 7-10 day hold on titles. Once check clears our bank, we will mail your title to the address that you provide.
Bidding:
All bids are final. The highest winning bid shall be deemed "Buyer". Any disputes between bidders will be settle by the Auctioneer
Liability:
By registering to bid, you are agreeing that Howco Auction Company Inc. is not held responsible for slow or blacked out internet during an auction. Howco Auction Company Inc. will do everything possible to ensure that the internet and platform is working properly for buyers to bid on items. Howco Auction Company Inc. cannot guarantee that everyones internet will always work flawlessly and we will not be help responsible for missed bids due to bidders internet service.
Pickup and Load-out:
All items must be paid in full before scheduling for pickup
All auctions will have pickup dates and times posted
Any items left by winning bidders at our Auctions for 30 days or more will be re-sold to pay for storage
Howco Auction Company Inc will not be held resposible for accident, injury, or damage while bidding, inspecting, dropping off items or loading out items purchased
